一、课程介绍(含教学目标、教学要求等)(300字以内)
本课程着重介绍单片射频微波集成电路技术与设计方法。在详细地介绍了单片射频微波集成电路的制造工艺、可用的无源和有源器件结构与模型、设计与仿真方法、测试技术、的基础上,全面阐述了各种单元基础电路与集成系统的设计方法及新技术,应用与发展趋势。在课程中结合电路基本理论,给出了多个电路设计案例。本课程主要为电路与系统专业的硕士研究生而开设,同时面向高年级本科生和其他电路设计人员,使学生能够全面了解MMIC设计的关键技术,掌握基本的设计原则和技巧,了解目前技术发展动态和发展方向,具备在相关领域进行科研开发的能力。

四、主讲教师简介:
李芹,副教授,1994年~1998年就读于杭州电子工业学院通信工程系,学历为本科工学学士。1998年~2001年就读于yl23455永利官网无线电系的微波与毫米波国家重点实验室,研究方向:微波混合电路设计,学历为工学硕士。2002年~2005年于yl23455永利官网的yl23455永利官网的射频与光电集成电路研究所攻读博士学位,研究方向:微波单片集成电路设计
2005年年底在yl23455永利官网,射频与光电集成电路研究所工作,任职讲师,2012年为副教授和硕导,已指导博士研究生共近10名。
已开设的课程:《通信电子线路》、《电子电路与综合实验》、《微波毫米波单片集成电路》(博士)。
目前研究兴趣:射频集成电路设计,微波毫米波集成电路设计,太赫兹集成电路设计。
发表EI/SCI检索论文十余篇。

Course Introduction (including teaching goals and requirements) within 300 words:
The course focus on the design theory and technique of the MMIC. The chapters consist of fabrication process of MMIC, structures and models of the passive and active devices, methods of the design and simulation, measurement techniques, etc. The course also gives all the key techniques for design of microwave components and building blocks. The latest progress and trend in the research area are presented finally. Several circuit examples are provided in combination with the fundamental theory. This course is designed for junior postgraduate students majoring in circuits and systems. It is also applicable to senior undergraduate students and engineers. The ultimate goal is to establish necessary background and motivation that enable the audience for more advanced research and develop work.

Li Qin , Associate Professor,
Education: Li Qin received the Ph. D in circuit & system MS degrees in electromagnetic field & microwave technology from Southeast universtiy in 2005 and 2001. Her research interests include RF and MMIC designs for wireless communications, Terahertz circuit techniques. She has published over 10 technical papers in major academic journals and conferences.
