四、主讲教师简介:
Michiel Steyaert,博士、鲁汶大学教授、曾任鲁汶大学电子工程系主任,现任工学院院长。2017年,受聘为yl23455永利官网的客座教授。在国际期刊和会议上撰写或联合撰写发表500余篇论文,共同编撰24本书籍,获1990年和2001年的欧洲固态电路会议最佳论文奖。由于在无线通信集成电路设计中的创新性工作,分别获得1991年和2000年贝尔实验室奖,也获得多次IEEE国际固态电路会议(ISSCC)奖项,以及电路和系统学会Guillemin-Cauer奖,并于2003年当选为IEEE Fellow。因长久以来在集成电路领域的杰出贡献,他是仅有的一位两次获得顶级ISSCC贡献奖的欧洲研究人员。主要研究领域是通信系统和模拟信号处理中的高性能和高频率集成电路。研制成功世界首款满足移动通信标准的CMOS单片GSM收发机芯片,和首次在CMOS工艺上采用片上平面电感实现的压控振荡器,并首次提出了振荡器相位噪声的线形分析理论,在学术界拥有崇高的国际声望和影响力。长期跟踪深亚微米低电压CMOS工艺的发展趋势,专注于解决器件建模、失配、增益、干扰、速度、精度等重要的基础问题, 提高电路设计的质量和鲁棒性。开发出多款低功耗、高精度、高速率的多位ADC和DAC,跨越不同的架构,包括Flash、Folding、Averaging ADC和高速电流DAC等拓扑;研究出多款低功耗、大动态范围的Δ-Σ ADC芯片;并从噪声传递机制研究出发,提出线性分析理论、Split分析方法,研究出多款先进的毫米波锁相环及时钟电路芯片。
李连鸣:博士、yl23455永利官网研究员、中国通信学会测试专委会委员。2006年受国家留学基金委委派赴比利时鲁汶攻读博士学位,师从鲁汶大学MICAS小组Michiel Steyaert教授(IEEE Fellow, IEEE固态电路协会50年及60年来十大贡献者之一)及Patrick Reynaert教授,参与了欧盟多项CMOS毫米波重大项目的研究工作。2011年从鲁汶大学电子工程系MICAS小组博士毕业后,受聘于yl23455永利官网yl23455永利官网。作为项目技术负责人,主持和参与中国多项CMOS毫米波、太赫兹重大课题及自然基金项目。作为技术负责人牵头的863重大课题“60GHz毫米波CMOS射频芯片与模块研制”已圆满验收,实现了60GHz射频收发机的单芯片集成、毫米波射频芯片与天线一体化封装、空口传输(速率超过10Gbps)、裸眼3D高清视频传输,使得yl23455永利官网毫米波芯片研究团队成为全世界科研机构范围内为数不多完整走过毫米波芯片设计与业务应用的团队。该成果作为我国毫米波芯片重大进展入选了国家”十二五”科技创新成就展。作为核心成员,参与撰写了《IMT2020 高频通信技术报告》。

The course provides the most comprehensive and in-depth coverage of the latest RF block design developments in telecommunication system. It is a practical and cutting-edge guide, packed with proven circuit techniques and innovative design methodologies for solving challenging problems associated with RF building blocks. This course covers the topics of receiver, transmitter, LNA, mixers, PA, PLL, VCO and optical circuits.
