经学生个人网上申请和学院组织专家评审，并通过会议主办方审稿，学院本科生投稿9篇均被录用，经学院决定，拟资助朱锐等9名本科生（大四7班3名同学由无锡分校组织派出）11月赴日本早稻田大学参加第八届学术交流会，他们在读期间各方面表现优异，积极参加大学生课外研学和竞赛活动，参与科研工作，并已有成果，发表学术论文。
受资助者应积极参加交流活动，认真准备讲稿，宣读论文，与国内外学者开展学术交流。回国后完成书面总结报告并在学院内开设讲座，向同学老师介绍经验和感想，提升学院本科生的学术研究氛围。
