徐晓莉于2004年底获新加坡政府全额奖学金赴新加坡求学,于2009年获新加坡南洋理工大学一等荣誉学士学位,同时获得了新加坡国防科研局的全额奖学金在南洋理工大学攻读博士学位,于2015年获得博士学位。从2015年至2018年初,徐博士在南洋理工大学卓越信息通信中心从事博士后研究。主要研究领域为信息论,网络编码的关键理论及应用、车联网通信以及无线自组网络通信。徐博士作为主要完成人,参与了由新加坡经济发展局及新加坡国防科研局资助的多个科研项目,包括网络编码和信道编码在军事通信方面的应用、无线自组网络的平台设计和实现、以及车载网络中专用短程通信(DSRC)的优化。从20186月至20197月,徐博士在澳大利亚悉尼大学从事博士后研究,徐博士在澳大利亚悉尼大学从事博士后研究,主要研究领域为5G超可靠低时延通信,以及工业物联网等。围绕这些研究工作,已在国际期刊及会议上发表/录用学术论文28篇、书章节一篇,其中SCI期刊论文12篇(一作9篇)。徐博士获得了2015IEEE International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal ProcessingICICS)最佳论文奖。
